During a 2- to 3-hour consultation, your symptoms, the course of your illness, your family medical history, clinical findings, and lab results will be analyzed from the perspective of immune symbiosis to identify the causes of your condition. The evaluation and protocol are provided in writing and supplemented with studies as necessary.

To confirm your appointment with us, we ask that you make a deposit within 7 days of your booking request. The amount of the deposit depends on the appointment format:
We will send you an invoice for this. Simply transfer the deposit to the account provided—this will secure your reservation.
The remaining balance for your treatment can be paid by bank transfer via invoice or in cash at our office .
Our invoices are prepared in accordance with the GebüH (Fee Schedule for Alternative Practitioners). We are unable to take into account any maximum reimbursable amounts, nor do we assume any responsibility for the reimbursement of our invoices by health insurance providers.
You may cancel your appointment up to 28 days in advance at no additional cost to you. Your deposit will be refunded. If you cancel within 28 days of your first appointment with us, the deposit is non-refundable to compensate us for our expenses and to cover the loss of revenue from the reserved time slot.
