During our first appointment, we will devote our full attention to your personal situation. We have set aside approximately three hours for this session. During this time, I will review your entire history—from your life story and the progression of your symptoms (including those related to pregnancies) to your current lab results, medical findings, and your current life circumstances and goals.
Following the consultation, a kinesiological assessment will be conducted with the assistance of a trained assistant. This provides us with additional insights to help narrow down the possible causes of your symptoms and prioritize therapeutic steps effectively. Every person is unique—which is why I do not rely on standard diagnoses or standardized treatment plans.
When necessary, I incorporate the latest scientific findings from specialized databases such as PubMed into my assessment. Together, we work to piece everything together and develop a personalized treatment plan. This plan supports you not only during your treatment at the practice, but also in the time that follows.
During our initial consultation, my goal is to fully understand the underlying causes of your symptoms. The aim is to identify the root causes and develop a clear, realistic plan that will guide you, step by step, toward stability, health, and a better quality of life. Throughout this process, we always ensure that this plan remains feasible for you in terms of time, energy, and finances.

The SophiaHealth Institute is located in the historic town of Kaufbeuren in Bavaria, about an hour from Munich.
The town center is approximately 800 meters from the clinic and offers a variety of cafés, hotels, and shopping and dining options in a lively pedestrian zone.
The practice is located on the ground floor and is fully accessible. Ample parking is available directly at the building and in the surrounding streets.
