The first floor
built on the foundation of ImmunSymbiosis

In 2021, 60 percent of adults in the United States were diagnosed with a chronic or autoimmune disease. This figure does not include people with nonspecific symptoms such as fatigue, sleep disturbances, cognitive problems, or unexplained pain and inflammation. At the same time, those affected are getting younger and younger. The common thread linking these trends is a dysregulation of the immune system.

This is where the model from Medizin Reloaded comes in: a new understanding of the immune system, genetics, evolution, and consciousness that can explain the causes of chronic diseases and point to new approaches to treatment.

Building on the foundation of ImmunSymbiosis, a new approach to medicine is emerging—Medicine Reloaded. This book lays the first foundation stone on this foundation and broadens our understanding of how humans, the immune system, and microorganisms are interconnected.

A key factor here is the previously overlooked ability of our stem cells to learn. They sort information based on whether it is new or familiar—not on whether it is friend or foe—and map the outside world within us like a hologram, thereby influencing our immune responses.

With Medizin Reloaded, I invite you to take a fresh look at the symbiotic interaction between humans and microbes. From this perspective, an infection is not primarily a battle between the organism and a microbe, but can be understood as a process of integrating a microbe into the immune system—with the goal of regulating and further developing the organism. It is only the failure to integrate a microbe, or the integration of a microbe in a flawed manner, that can trigger chronic symptoms or cancer.

As always, the ideas presented here are based on scientific studies, yet they are presented in a way that makes them accessible not only to readers with a medical background but to anyone interested in the subject.

The therapeutic approaches described here cover the principles and application of complex and frequency chords, as used in my practice.

Strengthening
the foundation of ImmunSymbiosis

“My Microbes Are Me” delves deeper into the world of ImmunSymbiosis and lays the groundwork for a new understanding of the immune system. The book is aimed at interested readers, patients, medical laypersons, and therapists, and conveys the most important aspects of a new approach to medicine. Despite drawing on more than 250 scientific studies, it remains easy to understand and accessible to a general audience.

We need a fundamental paradigm shift in how we deal with germs. The immune system consists of two components that work together in a symbiotic relationship—not only to maintain the organism, but above all to enable its further development.

The war against germs began 150 years ago with the decision to follow Pasteur’s view and regard germs as the primary cause of disease.

Chronic diseases, whose prevalence is increasing exponentially today, are linked to profound changes in our microbial environment. The absence of certain microbial stimuli can affect the symbiotic system between humans and microorganisms and contribute to excessive, misdirected, or absent inflammatory responses. Scientific studies suggest that streptococci may possess protective functions against cancer, that staphylococci are associated with protective mechanisms in multiple sclerosis, and that lactic acid bacteria may stimulate the development of human stem cells.

At the same time, germs are often viewed in our society as fundamentally dangerous and disease-causing. But how does this perception align with the increasing prevalence of chronic diseases? The uncritical fight against germs may have created new challenges and necessitates a comprehensive rethinking of how we deal with microorganisms.

No microbe is inherently harmful. Microbes—especially bacteria, viruses, and retroviruses—are part of a symbiotic relationship that has evolved over millions of years. It was only through co-evolution with microorganisms that humans became what they are today. Germs and humans interact in diverse ways throughout the entire organism, possibly even in the brain. This interaction is not only about mutual survival, but above all about adaptation and further development. We refer to this interaction as ImmunSymbiosis.

The key question, therefore, is: How can we protect and care for our microbes? The prevention and management of chronic, neurological, or neurodegenerative diseases can only be successful if both humans and their microbial partners are considered as a healthy whole.

Based on scientific studies, clinical experience, and extensive research, the connections between diseases and pathogens are being viewed in a new light.

“My Microbes Are Me” invites interested individuals, those affected, and therapists to discover the world of germs from a new perspective—and thereby further strengthen the foundation of ImmunSymbiosis.

The foundation
for a new way of understanding the immune system

Modulating the immune system is a crucial step in the assessment and management of chronic diseases.

With this book, we lay the foundation for a new way of understanding the immune system. We broaden the existing perspective on the immune system and view it as a complex, highly developed, and highly organized interaction between microorganisms and the body’s own cells: immune symbiosis.

The human and microbial components interact in a dynamic exchange. Together, they can not only overcome challenges such as trauma, conflicts, and stressful environmental factors, but also use them as catalysts for adaptation and further development.

But what has influenced or disrupted this natural connection over the past 150 years? And which aspects of ImmunSymbiosis can already be identified in scientific studies today?

This book describes ways in which we can support and regenerate our microbiome, how the dialogue between the microbiome and the immune system can be improved, and how even microorganisms that have not yet been integrated can learn to become part of a productive and symbiotic microbiome once again.

The goal is to understand the fundamentals of ImmunSymbiosis, to take a fresh look at the relationship between humans and microorganisms, and to find ways to restore this natural collaboration and live in harmony with it.
