Dr. med. Dietrich Klinghardt, born in 1950, is constantly in search of answers to the questions “Why are we getting sick?” And “What makes us sick?”. He has been researching the toxic effects of the environment on our health throughout his medical life: heavy metals, aluminum, herbicides, and electromagnetic radiation of mobile phones. For a long time, he has recognized that infection with borrelia and all the associated co-infections create negative synergistic effects with these toxic factors in the organism – because microbes thrive in a poisoned environment – with devastating consequences for the immune system.
His answer to this is a carefully developed, well-grounded biological treatment in 4 phases, with which he has already led many seriously ill people on the way back to health.
Together with the therapist Ariane Zappe, he presents in this book the manifold symptoms and their special diagnostics and therapy. In this process, a work has been created with bold and innovative ideas that creates completely new, illuminating interdisciplinary connections for physicians, therapists and medically interested readers – underpinned by hundreds of studies.

One of the remarkable magnitudes of this treatment is the individual testing and treatment of every patient. Remedies, doses, their individual combination and length of intake are part of ART testing. Thus your therapist can constantly adopt your treatment.
Titration of Remedies
The patient creats a list of symptoms and valuates the strengh to the symptom on a scale from 1 to 10. Minimum and maximum respectively aimed dosage are determined.
Start with minimum dosage. Increase my one drop or one unit every 10 days until the symptoms in average are only valuated with 4 or the maximum or aimed dosage has been reached. This is your individual dosage as long as no change of symptoms occurs.
If symptoms deterioriate above 10, the dosage must be reduced by one drop or one unit. This will be the new individual dose.

Bone Broth for Remineralisation
If you’re not making bone broth yet, you definitely should be. Even though one of the primary benefits of bone broth is to boost your immune system, you shouldn’t wait until you’re sick to make it. Nor should you wait until flu season starts. Plus, bone broth will boost your joint health, provides a bunch of non-essential amino acids for building muscle, and is incredibly easy to digest.
In other words, you’ll be able to keep up with the kids, play your favorite sport, or just be more likely to stay healthy while everyone else in the office gets sick.
Directions to Make Bone Broth
Bone broth is incredibly easy to make. It just takes a while.

Words of Advice
The thicker the bones, the longer they’re going to take to break down. Chicken is only really going to take a few hours. Beef bones should be cooked overnight (or start your broth as soon as you wake up on the weekend). The longer you can cook it, the better your broth will be for you. The best nutrients are trapped within the bones themselves.
Use filtered water. You don’t want to add anything impure to the mix.
Ge the highest quality bones you can. If you’re using chicken bones, make sure they’re free range. If you’re using beef or lamb, make sure it’s grass-fed.

Biological Lyme-Protokoll by Dr. Klinghardt
Shake vigorously. Start with 2 drops twice daily. Keep in mouth for 2-3 minutes before swallowing. Increase dose every 3 days. As soon as aggrevation of symptoms is noticed, go back to the last tolerated dose, stay there for 3 days, then increase again. If improvement is noticed, stay at that dose for 10-14 days or until nothing more seems to happen, then increase again. Maximum dose: 3 dropperful 3 times/day (rarely needed)
Thyroid Hormones
If the pituitary gland senses a sufficient level of T3 and T4 in the blood, the thyroid gland will be regulated accordingly: TSH level stays in the normal range under 2.5 mlU/l (unter 2 mlU/l for patients with thyroid medication, Am. College of Endocrinology).
If T3 levels are too high (hyperthyreosis) we apply 20-120 mg lithiumorotate daily until the level is back to normal. Maintenance dosage later on is usually only 10 mg per day or lower.
If T4 is in the normal range, but T3 is too low, the patient needs selenium (selenocystein or selenomethionin) – usually about 800 mcg per day for 6 months, 200 mcg per day).
If T4 is too low, the patients lacks iodine.
We distinguish between two different sources: iodine (brown substance) or iodide (clear). Some organs or tissue need iodine, some iodide. We apply lugol’s iodine 3% to 5% and / or SSKI – 4 drops once a day are to be rubbed into the perineum. This application has proven well for cysts in the breasts or at the ovaries. The body temperature will rise back to normal, menstrual problems and infertility can be treated that way, skin condition improves.
